Receptionist / Office Coordinator
£30000 – £32000 + bonus and benefits

Our client is a professional but very friendly membership association with stunning offices near Holborn.
Due to a period of growth, they are recruiting for a front of house receptionist to act as a lynchpin across the business. You will be a cultural ambassador, meeting and greeting visitors, organising the meeting rooms, liaising with suppliers, setting up AV equipment, helping with employee events and supporting the Office manager in any other projects. You will act as a key administrative support in organising training for internal stakeholders, arranging interviews, collating documentation for pre-employment and right to work checks and chasing up references for the Senior HR Manager, collating information for the company newsletter and helping with supplier liaison on behalf of the Office manager.
The ideal receptionist/ coordinator will have previous experience in a similar role and will be looking for a long-term opportunity where they can, in time, advance their career into one of the specialist divisions.
You must be a confident communicator with strong prioritisation skills and a positive, can-do approach. In return you will work as part of a very positive team of individuals (around 70 employees and growing) with an excellent benefits package and bonus.
Salary is dependent on experience.
